UZH is proud to host the Second LERU Gender Conference on 14 - 15 June 2018.
The disproportional loss of female talent in academia is evident and systematic almost without exception across disciplines, faculties, universities, and countries. Join us for this exciting opportunity to think and talk to each other about why this happens, and ways to stop it.
LERU Advice paper: Implicit bias in academia
UZH and the other 22 members of the League of European Research Universities (LERU) examine implicit gender bias as one significant explanation of the loss of female talent in Implicit bias in academia: A challenge to the meritocratic principle – and what to do about it (PDF, 310 KB) (LERU paper).
