VAUZ Delegates in Commissions 2022-2024
There is a high fluctuation in the academic mid-level faculty, links can lead to nirvana.
Delegates of the mid-level faculty staff represent the interests of the representative body in various UZH internal and external committees and thus exercise their co-determination in university policy as well as their co-responsibility in university self-administration, both in university-wide and faculty committees and in committees of departments, institutes and clinics.
VAUZ organizes the election and coordination of delegates.
All mid-level faculty staff delegates form the Extended VAUZ Board.
The delegates meet 3 times per semester for the VAUZ Board Meeting. At the meetings, they exchange views on various topics in order to form a collective opinion.
Through this exchange, information is shared, collective knowledge is generated and opinions are formed, which are then represented in meetings of the various UZH committees.
The University of Zurich values the contribution to university self-administration and the commitment of all delegates, which takes place within regular working hours.
