Ich kandidiere für die Mittelbau-Vertretung in der MeF Beförderungskommission. Während meines PhD’s und Postdocs habe ich in internationalen Labs geforscht und unterschiedliche fakultätsinterne Prozesse kennengelernt. Die Mitarbeit in der Kommission ermöglicht mir einen tieferen Einblick in die Prozesse der Beförderung zu erhalten als auch diese aktiv mit meinem erworbenen Wissen und Erfahrungen mitgestalten zu können. Ich würde mich freuen, diese Aufgabe zukünftig ausüben zu dürfen.

I am applying for the Mittelbau representation in the MeF Promotion Commission. During my PhD and postdoc I have done research in different international labs and have experienced different faculty-internal processes. Serving on the commission will allow me to gain a deeper insight into the promotion processes as well as to actively contribute to the process with my acquired knowledge and experiences. I would be happy to serve in this capacity in the future.
