Als Stellvertreterin in der Fakultätsversammlung möchte ich mich gerne als Postdoc in universitäre Entscheidungsprozesse und Universitätspolitik besser einarbeiten und die Interessen des wissenschaftlichen Nachwuchses in den Geisteswissenschaften vertreten und unterstützen. Dabei sind mir die Fragen nach internationaler Kooperation, sowie die Unterstützung des Nachwuchses in Forschung und Lehre besonders wichtig. Ich möchte auch besonders die Positionen des Nachwuchses im Rahmen unserer vielfältigen Fächergruppe und deren vier Instituten vertreten.

As a deputy in the Faculty Assembly, I would like to become more involved in university decision-making processes and university policy as a postdoc, and to represent and support the interests of junior researchers in the humanities. In this regard, the issues of international cooperation, as well as the support of junior researchers in research and teaching are particularly important to me. I would also like to particularly represent the positions of junior researchers within the framework of our diverse group of subjects and its four institutes.
