As part of Sexual Harassment Awareness Day on 25 April 2024, the Faculty of Medicine is once again organizing a Side Kick Medicine.
Those who find themselves in a harmful working environment or are even affected by harassment and discrimination are unable to reach their full potential. A working environment that is characterized by trust, respect and cooperation, on the other hand, has a positive effect on performance and creativity. How can we promote psychological safety in our own team? How do we create structures and behaviors that enable excellent performance in medicine and research?
With a keynote by Dr. Joachim Maier on the topic of psychological safety and discussion rounds among the participants, the Faculty of Medicine would like to address these questions.
This will be followed by an aperitif. All interested persons are welcome.
